We are pleased to announce that Herman Chow & Co - a reputable boutique accounting firm, has merged with Leading Account Business Advisors to form a new firm, HTL Advisers. The merger combines our 27 staff members’ expertise and experience, allowing us to provide even better service to our clients.
Effective from 20 August 2024, the name of our firm is HTL Advisers. Future correspondence will reflect the name change, but our address and phone number remain the same.
Rest assured, our existing team members will continue to meet your needs and you will continue to work with the same highly qualified professionals.
As HTL Advisers, our strengthened firm and increased resources will enable us to deliver even higher quality service across all areas. Emails sent to current emails will be received in our new email addresses. Our team members will update you about our new email addresses.
3. Do I need to update anything with ATO or ASIC?
NO.
4. Will there be any changes on my end?
NO, except we will implement a new technology and platform improvements, which will make your entire experience when dealing with paperwork a lot easier.
5. How will the merger affect my business?
